Skinny Days
How many “Skinny” days would you like each year?
Do you know the feeling?
Those once in awhile days where you feel “skinny”.
I’m not talking about just first thing in the
morning when you haven’t eaten for quite a few hours;
I’m talking about ALL DAY. From waking time to the
time you go to bed, you feel “skinny.”
What exactly do I mean by that?
There is no bloating in your
midsection, no fatigue, clothes fit wonderfully,
and you just feel great!
Well, why not make those days more
frequent, rather than just once in awhile?
I did it without even intending to and
I have never felt better! I did a food
intolerance test to determine what foods my
body didn’t agree with.
After making the recommended changes, it only
took a few weeks for my body to change too.
I started having “skinny” days almost everyday.
What a concept!
If you are debating about doing a food intolerance
test, maybe this will persuade you.
By eating foods that your body fights or that
cause problems in your digestive system, you
are making your body work harder to do what
it is supposed to do. In turn, you do not feel
nearly as good each day as you could feel.
Why put up with that any longer?
